Energy Efficiency in Buildings – Basis for Achieving Sustainable Socio-Economic Growth in Bosnia and Herzegovna
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the “Energy Efficiency in Buildings – Basis for Achieving Sustainable Socio- Economic Growth in Bosnia and Herzegovna” conference to be held in Sarajevo, International BURCH University, on February 11, 2016.
The conference aims to stress out the importance of the existing researches on potential of local, natural insulating materials to all participants in the energy efficiency and climate change sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to inform them how to recognize and implement these products in the on-going reconstruction projects and new construction.
The project is generously supported by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the project preparation phase Green Council team was discussing this extremely important topic with the main stakeholders from EE and construction sector, as well as with the representatives of government, civil society sector, trade chambers, and donors. We believe this conference will be an important and meaningful event, bringing together all active participants in energy efficiency sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and contributing to a better understanding of the local potential that we posess, as well as the global responsibility we all share.
